Lets plan this thing. Last year was an utter BLAST! over 100 rigs showed up and made the river look small with a lineup on a 4mile stretch where you couldnt go anywhere without a rig in sight. It was waaay too hot last year at the time we did this so we are moving it earlier and into the spring instead of summer. water will still be nice and warm.
So far I have come up with a date but it may change depending on thoughts but as of now i have figured
May 3rd-5th 2013.
thats a friday-sunday. posted up 3 days so maybe we can venture further than last year or something. now time to throw out some ideas as far as events and such. the earlier we set this up the more chances of awesome giveaways and such. would also like to possibly keep the riff raff out so we dont have the crowd that showed up last year and attracted the authorities if at all possible. let me know what you guys think. i would have posted this on the facebook page but i'm trying to attract people to this page because its soo much smoother and easier to keep track of.
