so....no posts all weekend lol. figured i'd start a rant thread to just shoot the bull.
also was thinking about maybe wheeling for a bit this saturday seeing as the weather may be pretty nice. wondering when the last time i'll be able to wheel in 2012 is gonna be since its still nice and its almost the middle of december ;D

watched the news this morning and Californias governor was talking about banning assault weapons due to the tragedy in CT. the ar15 that the shooter had was in the vehicles trunk and he was dual wielding handguns. obummer also finally brought up gun control in his speach to the CT victim town. only thing i can assume they can do about the already legally owned firearms is forbid the sale of 5.56 and .223 ammunition. may be the oportume time to swap the upper receiver to .308 or 7.62x51 seeing as that round is in hunting rifles. amazing how a firearm that looks like something the military uses is immediately called an assault weapon just like the denver theater incident where the shooter was using an ar15 chambered in .22lr and people get upset because it "looks" like an ar15.
